ハリウッドセレブを中心に、映画・テレビ・広告などで幅広く活動を続けるメイクアップアーティスト。日本で6年間銀行勤務の後、結婚し渡米。銀行員のキャリアを続けながら、メイクの勉強を本格的にスタート。メイクの世界へキャリアチェンジし、名だたるプレステージエージェントを経て独立。現在は映画TV業界メイク・ヘアグループ「LOCAL 706」に所属。


ファッション分野ではBCBGMAXAZRIA、Victoria’s Secret、Forever21など有名ブランドを手掛けた経験を持つ。さらに、全米中からプロのモデルを夢見る一般の候補者から次世代のTop Modelを見つけ出すオーディション番組、”American Next Top Model Season 4”のモデルたちや、MCのタイラ・バンクスのメイクも担当。

2015年、2016年と2年連続でエミー賞メイクアップ部門にノミネート。2017年は、エミー賞ノミネート番組FOX TVの「THE REAL」に加え、爆発的ヒット作ドラマ「This Is Us」に出演するクリッシー・メッツのレッドカーペット、雑誌、宣伝用TVのメイクを担当。ゴールデングローブ賞のレッドカーペットを歩くなど一層活躍の場を広げています。

After having worked as a banker both in Japan and the U.S. for more than 10 years, pursued her childhood dream of becoming a makeup artist in Hollywood. Based in the Los Angeles, worked as a makeup artist for 18 years with 2 prestigious U.S. agencies, "Artists by Timothy Priano" and "Exclusive Artists Management". Conducted over 20 seminars as an instructor for some Japanese beauty schools since 2008. Highly motivated and inspirational artist, who is dedicated to bringing out one's own beauty and creating joy through her work.

SEMINAR INSTRUCTOR                                     
Has conducted more than 20 seminars in Roppongi Hills and other metropolitan areas in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and Los Angeles since 2008 and continued to share her knowledge and experience with aspiring makeup artists for various educational institutes.   Motoko's seminars focus on how to make up white, black, hispanic and asian people by analyzing facial structures, skin tones, and color shades.
